disFORUM is a two-day community event about research. It focuses on the real-life experiences of people with disabilities and supports learning and sharing led by the community.
At disFORUM, community members and researchers meet and learn together. They look at new and creative ways to do research and show how personal experience can lead to real change.
This event is for people with disabilities and caregivers, community members and advocates, researchers, evaluators, students, nonprofit and organizational leaders, and anyone who cares about fair and inclusive knowledge creation.
Join disABILITYsa on January 30–31 at the Whitley Event Center. There will be interactive sessions, hands-on workshops, group conversations, and time to meet new people and make connections. You will leave with useful tools, new partners, and clear next steps for doing community-led research.
