Each session begins with a calming sound bath, flowing into a guided visualization, and concludes with additional time to immerse in the soothing sounds. Group Sound bath sessions will be on April 7, 21st and May 5th. The alternate weeks will be a one on one session with Pat to review the previous week's content.
This series includes 3 guided group sound bath sessions, plus homework.
