This workshop is designed to help you move beyond managing tasks and toward leading with authentic purpose. Through structured reflection and practical exercises, you will gain clarity on your values, define what truly drives you, and explore how those elements shape your leadership.

You will leave the session with a clear understanding of your leadership identity and a personal roadmap for how you want to show up, make decisions, and lead in alignment with what matters most to you.

During this workshop, participants will:

• Identify their personal values and explore how they connect to their organization’s values
• Create a clear and meaningful personal mission statement
• Develop a plan to live out their mission statement and values in their daily work

Gabriel Cox is the Director of Training and Development Services at The Personnel Perspective and a Certified Professional Coach. Drawing on his extensive leadership background in the US Coast Guard, Gabriel specializes in helping leaders discover their authentic identity through experiential learning and reflective practice. His approach combines intuitive listening with empowering questions to help you connect with your core values and create actionable plans for growth.
