In this class, you’ll learn how to make Tavuk Şiş (Turkish chicken kebab) along with all the delicious accompaniments:
🥖 Lavash Bread – once you make it fresh, there’s no going back to store-bought!
🥣 Haydari – a creamy, garlicky yogurt sauce.
🧅 Sumac Onions – a tangy, crunchy must-have.
🥗 Shepherd’s Salad – my absolute favorite!
And we will finish our feast with
🍯 Pistachio Baklava – because no Turkish meal is complete without a sweet, flaky, nutty treat!
Kombucha will flow freely for you to enjoy but feel free to BYOB.
