Discovering Sexual Joy is an empowering and affirming class designed to help participants cultivate a deeper connection to their bodies, desires, and pleasure. Through guided exercises, discussion, and mindfulness techniques, this class encourages a present-focused approach to sexuality, emphasizing the importance of being fully engaged in the moment. By learning to quiet distractions, release shame, and tune into bodily sensations, participants will explore ways to enhance their personal experiences of pleasure with curiosity and self-compassion.

Rooted in the principles of positive sexuality, this class celebrates all expressions of desire and intimacy, free from judgment or expectation. About the Instructor: Fawn O’Breitzman has been teaching psychology and sexuality at the college level for over 20 years. She specializes in issues of Sex and Gender and presents at conferences all around the country. She does inclusion training for businesses and has worked with everyone from hospitals to construction yards to help companies make sure they are providing the best and most respectful care to their clients. She has been a social worker, therapist, and has helped innumerable people have a more satisfying sex life!

All classes at the Sexploratorium are intended for those 18 and older.
