About this Event
Overview
A guided group exploration of digestion through the Human Design lens.
Event Description
In Human Design, digestion describes how the body naturally takes in and processes life — not only food, but also information, stimulation, rhythm, timing, and environment.
This class offers a guided, group-based exploration of Human Design digestion, where digestion variables are introduced and interpreted collectively to support recognition, understanding, and clarity.
Rather than focusing on rules, optimization, or “doing it right,” this session emphasizes seeing how different systems operate — and how Human Design language can describe real, lived experience without prescribing change.
During the class, digestion types will be read and explored together. Participants learn by listening, reflecting, and noticing what resonates as different digestion styles are explained aloud. The focus is not on private readings or performance, but on shared understanding, normalization of difference, and community learning.
This class is designed to be fully accessible as a standalone experience.
Total beginners to Human Design are warmly welcomed. No prior knowledge is required.
What You’ll Receive
- A one-page overview of your Human Design chart, with digestion highlighted
- A one-page explanation of your digestion type, translated into clear, accessible language
- A shared group digestion overview, showing the range of digestion styles present in the room
These materials are offered to support understanding and reflection — not to prescribe changes, rules, or lifestyle adjustments.
What You’ll Learn
- Your own digestion type and what it describes about how you naturally take in and process life
- How other digestion styles operate, by learning about different systems in the group
- Why people experience energy, focus, and regulation differently, even in the same environment
- How digestion differences show up in everyday life, including food, learning, work rhythm, stimulation, and rest
- How awareness of digestion differences can support relationships, fostering greater understanding, compassion, love, and connection with family, loved ones, and community
The emphasis throughout is on recognition and understanding, not fixing, optimizing, or self-correction.
How This Class Is Held
This is a guided, group-based learning experience.
Digestion types are explored collectively, with optional sharing and no pressure to speak, perform, or compare. You are welcome to simply listen, notice, and reflect.
The space is supportive, non-judgmental, and paced to allow understanding to emerge naturally.
Why Learn Digestion This Way?
Learning Human Design digestion purely conceptually can feel abstract or overwhelming.
Exploring digestion in a group setting allows:
- Language to land through real examples
- Difference to be normalized rather than evaluated
- Self-recognition to emerge without pressure
- Understanding to deepen without information overload
This approach supports clarity without rigidity and insight without self-judgment.
About the 3-Part Digestion Series
This class is part of a three-session exploration of digestion in Human Design, designed to support real integration over time, rather than compressing complex material into a single experience.
Each session focuses on a different entry point:
- Embodied awareness
- Conceptual understanding
- Everyday integration
Each session is intentionally designed to stand on its own, while also complementing the others for those who choose to explore the full arc.
