"Discover Your Inner Glow" is a one day retreat designed to meet you exactly where you're at emotionally, physically and mentally while bringing you into the present moment and igniting your inner glow.

Our location couldn't be more perfect - a hidden gem in the heart of the city that feels like a cozy cottage straight out of your dreams.... a huge open room, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a tree-lined ravine... oh and a cozy fireplace to keep us warm!

Event Flow:

• Your Glow Journal: A fun creative, tactile arrival experience to ease you into the day. (all materials provided)
• Opening Circle: Come together and connect with like-minded friends in a supportive Opening Circle as we set the tone for our journey of healing and self-discovery.
• Fascial Manuevers: Get your energy moving with a simple, accessible movement flow deisgned to release stored stress, tension, and emotion from the body
• Breathwork: Lay down comfortably as we explore the power of conscious breathing techniques to quiet the mind and awaken our inner vitality, fostering a deeper connection to Self.
• Heart Opening Meditation: Find out what your heart has to say as we cultivate love and compassion, journeying inwards to open our hearts.
• Lunch & Grounding: Enjoy a nourishing lunch designed to replenish the body and mind and then ground yourself with a leisurely walk in nature or stay close to the fireplace.
• Empowered-Self Guided Hypnosis: Using the deeply relaxed state that follows our morning journey, this guided hypnosis works directly with your subconscious mind to install new beliefs around your power, your worthiness, and your ability to create the life you desire. Think of it as rewiring from the inside
• Meet Your Future Self: Delve into the depths of your subconscious mind, exploring where you are right now and where you're being called to go with metaphorical transformation cards.
• IDesignMe: A guided experience that takes you straight into the heart of what you really want - bringing it out of the future and into the present moment. This is where the wiring begins to change
• Paint Your Glow!: After a day of going inward, you'll be guided to express what came up - not with words, but with colour, shape and feeling. This isn't art class. • Sound Healing: The perfect way to close the day. As you lie down and surrender to the sound, the vibrations work on a cellular level — calming your nervous system, integrating everything your body and mind have moved through, and carrying you into a state of deep rest and peace.
