Your Guide: Sue Adstrum

A PhD-qualified anatomist, physiotherapist, and holistic bodywork practitioner with a deep focus on fascia – the three-dimensional web of soft connective tissue that permeates our bodies and plays a crucial role in the development and healing of most pain and health problems.

As an integrative anatomist, body therapist, and gracefully aging body owner I’m dedicated to empowering individuals to understand and optimise their body’s innate potential for wellness. Through my unique approach, I blend a contemporary understanding of human anatomy (the ‘living wetsuit’ concept) with a variety of safe and natural body care practices, with the aim of helping you take a more active role in your everyday health care journey.
