A Culinary Journey Through the Life of Chef Fausto Mora

Each course represents a chapter in his journey—from his family’s restaurant legacy, to years apprenticing with world-renowned chefs in Italy, to his Harlem-based mission of creating spaces where everyone is welcome and connected.

Fausto’s philosophy goes beyond technique and flavor: he creates an environment where all walks of life are invited to the table. Though the presentation is elevated, his doors are open to everyone, because he believes food, wine, and art are universal connectors.
