Chanel O'Connor is a self taught cut flower grower. She began growing King White Protea 12 years ago and gradually developed a small export business. Alongside this she began growing a variety of cut flowers and also flowering shrubs with the goal of having flowers to pick and sell all year round. Most recently she has developed a perennial garden.

Louise is a flower grower for The Floral Hub Tauranga with a passion for soil, compost and growing from seed. With an education in the sciences and a previous holder of organic certification, this knowledge is being used to foster healthy soil and plant growth.

Anna Engels from Shade Studio is a botanical artist, cut flower grower and carer of our natural environment.
She will teach you how to create a hand-tied bouquet, guiding you on what flowers and foliage to use and demonstrating how to assemble a beautiful gathered-from-the-garden bouquet.
