Join me for a gorgeous two hour mini retreat that will have you feeling lighter and happier from the moment you step into the space. We will practice restorative yin yoga poses to ease out the tension from your body followed by a traditional Yoga Nidra Meditation to help you refocus and release any negative thoughts and energy. After we have relaxed our bodies and minds we will enjoy a delicous cup of tea and something tasty to finish our evening off.
