Discover Peace Within: Meditation class with Jessica Bowles
Join us for a workshop on how to deepen your meditation practice!
Throughout the class you will learn concepts to help expand your understanding of practice and experience tools to enhance mental clarity, enter into stillness with more ease, and cultivate peace within.
This workshop will be taught in two parts, each consisting of a short talk, gentle seated movement, guided breathwork, and seated meditation, with a break in between (tea will be served).
$45 per student
*Pre-requisite: Meditation for Beginners workshop or previous meditation series with Jessica
Taught by: Jessica Bowles
Jessica is an author and teacher who began her personal yoga practice as a teenager in the
mind-nineties and was immediately drawn to its deeper purpose of finding stillness and
connection within.
She has taught in the Lake Norman area since 2006 and in 2015 created and ran a local meditation center, where for over a decade she offered teachings and a space of stillness, healing, and connection.
Jessica later shared these teachings in her writing with her first published book The Meditation Room that offers timeless wisdom of yoga through gentle, grounded teachings that invite calm, clarity, and presence.
