Join Pale Ruby Wine for an evening dedicated to one of the world’s most iconic grapes — Nebbiolo. Famous for its haunting perfume, firm structure and remarkable ability to age, Nebbiolo is the soul of Piemonte, and yet it also finds expression far beyond its Italian home.
We’ll taste our way through eight wines, from the great classics of Barolo and Barbaresco, to unexpected examples of Nebbiolo from outside Italy. Alongside bold reds, you’ll also discover the grape’s more delicate side — including fresh and elegant rosé styles.
This is a chance to experience Nebbiolo’s many faces — from the regal to the surprising — all in one evening.
The wines will be accompanied by a small selection of cheeses to complement the tasting experience.
