In 2025 East Midlands Airport (EMA) is 60 years old. To celebrate this milestone anniversary, and to kick start of year of activity, EMA is hosting a unique even to celebrate the East Midlands region as a premier inbound tourism destination and a vital trade hub. Hosted in the airport’s check-in hall, this showcase will highlight the visitor economy, why the East Midlands is the perfect entry point for visiting large swathes of the UK and the pivotal role the airport has in moving people and products around the world.
