Meet The 3-Step Process Creator: Dallas Pootlass
As a proud member of the Nuxalk Nation from British Columbia's central coast, Dallas has dedicated himself to coaching his people since 2016. His journey hasn't been easy. After spending 10 years in healthcare, he earned an MBA in change management, realizing the link between personal health and professional success. In October 2020, he took his coaching to the next level, opening his practice. He's since supported over 1000 individuals across 27 organizations in Canada and Mexico. Using a 3-step process, he's helped them find stability and focus. Now, he's excited to share this process, empowering organizations on a journey to fulfillment.
