What is up Disco Pump crew!! 🪩💪🏻
After the success of our launch last Saturday we are super excited to be bringing our next Disco Pump session to Hove Lawns (opposite Adelaide Crescent) on Saturday 29nd June.
Get ready to Groove, Pump and Sweat through this 45min bootcamp style workout led by one of our awesome instructors. Our live DJ will keep you motivated and our silent disco set up will deliver a truly immersive fitness experience. It's going to be epic!
The class will be a mix of bodyweight HIIT style training, so it provides a great total body workout, with of course some classic 80’s moves thrown in! and all exercises can be modified to suit your own fitness level.
Accompanied of course with banging disco & house vibes all the way to keep you and your endorphins pumping!
Dress Code: Disco Fitness (Optional but actively encouraged 😃)

We are running one session: 9.30 to 10.15am
Spaces are limited so book your spot early to avoid disappointment. Grab your friends, bring your mat and prepare to sweat, laugh and have a blast 💪🏻🥵🪩
