There is no complicated choreography and no pressure to keep up. You move, step, shimmy, sway and sing along in whatever way feels right for you. It is relaxed, welcoming, and refreshingly judgement-free.

You do not need rhythm, coordination, or dance experience. The moves are easy, repeatable, and adaptable. Want to add more energy? Go for it. Need to keep it gentle? That works too.

Most of the session is joint-friendly and low impact, with options throughout. Many people are surprised by how much they move without ever feeling pushed or overwhelmed.
