Event Description
The TTI Success Insights® Behaviors (DISC) Assessment was designed to increase the understanding of an individual's leadership and communication style, and how they relate to the styles of that individual’s colleagues. DISC measures four behavioral styles: dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance. This workshop will allow your team to gain awareness of the four behavioral styles and how each individuals communication style impacts the group dynamic.
During Training, you will:
- Understand and take home a TTI Success Insights® DISC Assessment
- Identify, understand, and appreciate their individual behavior style.
- Identify, understand, and appreciate people who have different behavior styles
- Explore how behavioral styles impact and inform the culture of the workplace.

FACILITATOR
Robin LLewellyn is an experienced talent development and human resources professional with a background in leadership development and employee training.
Prior to working at Mission Capital, Robin owned and operated RLL Consulting, a talent development and management consulting firm. She also served as Senior Director of Talent and Development at Goodwill Central Texas. Robin holds a BFA from the University of Texas, an MFA from Florida State University, and utilizes her theater arts background to facilitate.
