Disability Employment Advancement Forum

Families and adults with disabilities will meet with Ms Jade Gingerich, Executive Director of the Office of Disability Employment Advancement and Policy @ MD Department of Disabilities (MDOD) to share their personal insights, suggestions and recommendations in support of qualifying long term solutions for employment and improving policies for vocational opportunities for adults with disabilities.

• Meet n Greet with the Executive Director of Disability Employment Advancement and Policy at MDOD and families
• Ms. Jade Gingerich to give a synopsis of her role and current transitions and employment initiatives
• Roundtable discussion of successes and challenges faced in finding and maintaining employment
• Way forward/Closeout
