Disability & Mental Health Summit Exhibitor Application

We invite you to apply to be an exhibitor at our 12th Annual Summit. This year, Rep. Dan Miller’s Disability & Mental Health Summit will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Community College of Allegheny County’s Allegheny Campus on the North Side. This new location offers convenience and amenities that will enhance the Summit experience for exhibitors and visitors alike.

This will be a great opportunity to share what your organization offers to a diverse audience interested in disability and mental health resources. It's also a fantastic opportunity to connect with professionals, advocates, and individuals seeking support. Apply now to be considered as an exhibitor at this impactful summit!

The Resource Fair will run on Thursday, May 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with set up anticipated to begin at 9:00 a.m. There is no cost to exhibit at our event.

***PLEASE NOTE: We have limited space and completing the application DOES NOT GUARANTEE a spot at the Resource Fair.***

You will receive an email in early April notifying you of your acceptance status.

Space is limited, and we will do our best to allocate space that allows for the best variety of resources. The final selection and arrangement will be determined in such a way to provide a diverse representation of relevant organizations.
