Let your child dig into discovery, movement, and sensory learning through a prehistoric adventure made just for curious kids. Spaces are intentionally small — register early to save your child’s spot for Dino Discovery.
At Dino Discovery, kids will stomp, dig, explore, and discover through a fun prehistoric adventure built around movement and sensory learning. This camp gives children a safe, engaging place to use their curiosity, imagination, and bodies while exploring textures, fossils, dinosaurs, and hands-on discovery.
Through guided sensory activities and playful movement, campers will build confidence, practice flexibility, and experience learning in a way that feels active, creative, and fun.
Key Highlights / Activities
Dino Dig Sensory Play: Search, scoop, sort, and discover through fossil-inspired sensory bins and hands-on exploration.
Prehistoric Movement Games: Stomp, crawl, stretch, balance, and move like dinosaurs while building body awareness and coordination.
Texture & Discovery Stations: Explore sand, rocks, tools, fossils, and other sensory materials in a supported setting.
Imaginative Adventure Play: Use creativity and storytelling to explore the prehistoric world with peers.
Confidence Through Exploration: Practice curiosity, communication, flexibility, and safe participation at each child’s comfort level.
Age Range & Skill Level
Grades: K–2nd and 3rd–5th grade groups
Skill Level: All abilities welcome. No dinosaur expertise needed. This camp is a great fit for children who enjoy dinosaurs, movement, sensory play, digging, discovery activities, or who benefit from hands-on learning in a calm and supportive environment.
What to Bring / Logistics
Please send your child with:
Water bottle
Comfortable clothes for movement and hands-on sensory activities
Clothes that can handle a little mess
Any helpful sensory, comfort, or regulation item
Snack, if needed for your child’s session
Completed intake form before attending, if your child is new to Aaron’s Corner
Dates: Aug 3–6
Days: Monday–Thursday
Location: Aaron’s Corner LLC, 1800 Hoskins St, Newberg
K–2nd Grade Sessions:
9:00–10:00am or 10:30–11:30am, max 6 kids
3rd–5th Grade Sessions:
12:30–2:00pm or 2:30–4:00pm, max 8 kids
Cost:
$100/week for K–2nd
$125/week for 3rd–5th
New Camper Intake:
First-time campers require a brief intake meeting, completed intake form, and one-time $50 intake fee for the 2026 camp season.
