Easy 8km run or hike to explore the trails around Dinner Rock near LundMeet at the Shinglemill Pub near the junction with Highway 101 at 9am for carpooling.
We will start the run from the Dinner Rock road, parking a little way down.
The route I have plotted is only 8 km, but we can explore some more if anyone is interested.
We can head to Nancy's Bakery for refreshments after.
