Welcome to the Redmond Cookbook Club! Once a month we cook a cookbook together, potluck-style. This month's book is all about Japanese cuisine, techniques, and learning the secrets to great rice.
Tuesday, April 21st is our monthly dinner party. We each cook a recipe we've chosen from the book and bring it to share (don't forget serving utensils!).
How to choose a recipe? Join us at the planning happy hour for first pick (always the Tuesday prior from 4:30-5:30p), or after that has passed, choose one from our handy-dandy Google Sheet (the link will be in your confirmation email, but recipes are not posted until after the planning Happy Hour). The book is also on display at Arome and available for you to flip through.
