Dinner on the Farm

Once a month May-October
Each summer, we invite you to gather at our communal table set out on the pasture, where the sights and sounds of the farm surround you. Here, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully crafted, multi-course meal made with ingredients raised on the very land beneath your feet.
Every cut of meat and drop of cooking fat comes from animals raised right here on our farm. Everything else—vegetables, herbs, butter, honey, fruit, and more—is sourced from other local and regenerative farms. The menu is created based on what is freshest and most abundant, often finalized just days before the event, ensuring the most seasonal and local experience possible.
This is more than just a meal; it’s an immersive experience in food, farming, and community. Over the course of 3+ hours, guests will not only connect with their food but with each other, deepening their understanding of what it means to share a meal.
Seating is communal. Expect to dine alongside fellow guests in an intimate and welcoming setting.
Dress accordingly. The dinner takes place outdoors in the pasture, so plan for weather and terrain.
BYOB. A bar will be set up with fun mixers and non-alcoholic beverages.
Dietary restrictions. We can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free requests, but we are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets.

FAQs – Dinner on the Farm
Where is the dinner held?
The dinner takes place outdoors on our pasture at Wildom Farm (6675 Sang Run Rd, McHenry, MD 21541). Guests will be seated at a communal table with views of the animals and surrounding landscape.
What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket includes a five-course farm-to-table meal, featuring meats and fats raised on our farm and ingredients sourced from other local and regenerative farms. Non-alcoholic beverages and mixers will be provided.
Is the menu announced in advance?
No. The menu is created based on what’s most fresh and abundant at the time of the event, so it is finalized just days before the dinner. However, you can expect a seasonally driven meal featuring our farm-raised meats.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free dietary needs with advance notice. However, due to the nature of our meals, we cannot accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets. If you have severe allergies, please reach out before booking.
What should I wear?
The dinner is fully outdoors on a working farm. We recommend dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes for walking on grass and uneven terrain.
Is alcohol provided?
No, but the event is BYOB. We will have a bar setup with non-alcoholic beverages and mixers if you'd like to bring your own wine, beer, or spirits.
What happens if it rains?
Rain or shine, the dinner goes on! We dine under a covered tent, and we’ve weathered everything from summer storms to freezing temps—surrounded by round bales, guests bundled in beanies, wool sweaters, and muck boots. This is Garrett County—if we didn’t have fun when the weather isn’t fun, we wouldn’t have fun at all. Dress for the elements, and we’ll handle the rest.
Is there parking?
Yes! Parking will be by the farm store, and we will have signs directing you where to go.
Can I bring my kids or pets?
This experience isn’t designed with children in mind, but you know your kids better than we do! If they can enjoy a long, communal-style dinner with a set menu, they’re welcome to join. We just ask that all guests, regardless of age, respect the flow of the evening (and the menu!). Pets, however, should stay home.
How long does the dinner last?
The experience lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. Guests are welcome to stay afterward and enjoy the bonfire.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest if you can no longer attend.
