6040 Dinner at the Farm
Chef Paul will be just getting back from a mushroom pick in the mountains, where morel mushrooms grow the year after a forest fire. Come join us to enjoy one of Paul's favourite mushrooms!
Our public events are a unique experience where you will enjoy a delicious meal, curated by Top Chef Canada Winner Paul Moran and Chef de Cuisine Amie Tymofichuk, surrounded by the beauty of the farm. While morel mushrooms will be on the menu, we will be including an array of other delicious seasonal ingredients directly from the farm, nearby fields and ocean.
Things to know:
- Dinner includes an multi-course experience with organic vegetables from the farm making up 60% of the meal, and the remaining 40% is from surrounding fields, forest and ocean.
- A small selection of non-alcoholic beverages are available, and there is a $0 corkage fee should you wish to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy.
- Seating is shared along beautiful live-edge wooden tables.
- Allergies can be accommodated, but please notify us within 3 days prior to the event.
- Ticket price includes applicable taxes and gratuity.
