About this Event
This 4-part series will help provide an understanding of diabetes and related factors. It will include managment strategies including meal planning and label reading. Each class includes a lecture and an opportunity to cook and sample a recipe from the program in small groups. Space is limited, advance registration required.
Class will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. each session. Series dates are: January 7, 14, 21 and 28th. Classes will take place at the Lake County UF/IFAS Extension Center, 1951 Woodlea Rd, Tavares.
