Guac on!Chipotle will donate 25% of your sales to the Forest Park PTO on Tuesday, November 12 between 4pm - 8pm.
In order for your purchase to count towards the PTO fundraiser, you must either
a) verbally tell our cashier of their participation,
b) show a physical fundraiser flyer,
c) show a digital flyer on a smartphone or other mobile device, or
d) Use the online ordering code: VGAREKK to place an order for pickup through the Chipotle app or website. Remember, delivery orders or orders placed at a different time/location than our scheduled event will not count towards the fundraiser.

**What is Dine & Donate? **
Twice a month, the Forest Park PTO will collaborate with local businesses and national chains to support the PTO and through us, the students and educators of our D91 Community.
**How do I participate in a Dine & Donate?**
On the date and during the specified timeframe, visit the restaurant and enjoy their menu. You’re welcome to dine in or take out. Sometimes there are specific requirements for that restaurant. There may be a flyer or code that you share with the restaurant and in turn the Forest Park PTO will receive a percentage of your sales as a donation from the restaurant.
**How do the Dine & Donate days support our D91 community and families?**
Once a month, the Forest Park PTO will raffle off a gift card to the local business. Anyone who participates in the PTO Dine & Donate days is encouraged to wear their school spiritwear, take a picture of you enjoying the fun. You can enter the raffle two ways:
1. Email that picture to [email protected] or
2. Post the picture on Facebook and tag @forestpark91pto (make sure the post is public so we get a notification.) See less
Parents/Caregivers are responsible for their child’s actions, behavior, and safety. Children must be supervised at all times.
