About this Event
Chef Shirley Boucha joins us in the Maker Kitchen to teach us how to make our own fried dumplings, from personalizing your fillings to the different ways you can form them. Chef Shirley is the owner of Nasi & Mee (translated to Rice & Noodles), a Malaysian food concept operating out of the Maker Kitchen.
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the east side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
If you have any questions about the class or would like to inquire about dietary accommodations, contact Abie Kopacz at [email protected] before purchasing your tickets.
