Embark on a unique journey into the world of distillation, aging, and blending with Master Distiller Matt Strickland and his expert team. Engage in an in-depth discussion tailored to your interests, covering topics such as the craft of distilling, barrel aging techniques, and the art of blending fine spirits.

Following the discussion, ascend to the Distillery Mezzanine for a delicious lunch!

The tour will conclude with a visit to the rickhouse, where our distillers will offer an exclusive opportunity to sample straight from the barrel, drilling into select casks to provide you with a true taste of the distillery’s finest offerings.

This tour is restricted to guests 21 years of age and older. Please note that the tour requires a significant amount of walking and stairs.
