About this Event

About the Digital Readiness Accelerator Project
The Digital Readiness Accelerator is working with SME manufacturers to demonstrate how businesses which implement a holistic digital transformation strategy and promote cross-functional collaboration are more likely to achieve superior business performance, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Our research to date has explored the influence of different readiness factors and looked at key performance indicators to measure business impact. We have partnered with a small cohort of SME manufacturers to explore specific digital transformation priorities including artificial intelligence, supply chain optimization, workforce engagement and using data effectively.
Our current focus is to develop a larger body of evidence to validate our findings and support our Digital Readiness Impact Calculator prototype.
The Digital Readiness Accelerator rapid demonstrator project is funded through Made Smarter Innovation and the Smart Manufacturing Data Hub’s Digital Innovation Fund.
