This small-group, hands-on workshop is designed to give you exactly that. With just 6 places available, it’s built to be highly practical and personalised.

Instead of overwhelming you with theory, you’ll spend the session working on your own business, building simple, effective systems to attract the right clients and generate consistent enquiries.

Over 4 hours (plus a relaxed lunch and refreshment break), we’ll focus on the foundations that actually drive results:

Defining your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) so you stop trying to market to everyone
Clarifying your messaging and positioning to attract better-fit clients
Creating a simple AI-powered content system to remove the “what do I post?” stress
Introducing practical lead tracking (CRM basics) so you don’t lose enquiries or rely on memory

This is not a sit-and-listen workshop.

You’ll be guided step by step, applying everything directly to your business — with support, feedback and real examples throughout.

As part of the session, you’ll build your own simple marketing workspace in Notion, with ready-to-use templates including a Content Planner, lead tracker, and core marketing frameworks designed to help you stay organised and consistent long after the workshop.
