The Digital Learning Lab at Westside Works is designed to empower community members in Vine City and English Avenue by offering essential digital literacy training and career development resources. We facilitate learning through structured modules, primarily from the NorthStar digital literacy platform, covering a wide range of skills—from basic computer usage to advanced digital tools.

1. Digital Literacy Training: Core digital skills are taught through the NorthStar platform, covering internet navigation, email communication, Microsoft Office tools, and essential digital practices for the modern workplace.
2. Resume Clinics: Specialized workshops are held to assist residents in building effective resumes tailored to their skills and experiences, with a focus on helping those with limited resume knowledge and work experience.
3. Hands-On Support and One-on-One Assistance: The lab provides direct support to users, whether they need technical guidance, career advice, or help with specific digital tasks.
4. Access to Technology: The lab offers a Kiosk system of laptops with Microsoft Office to encourage participation and improve accessibility.
