About the DEE Index
The Digital Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Index (DEE Index) assesses and compares how countries build and sustain digital entrepreneurship ecosystems. It identifies where digital potential is successfully transformed into entrepreneurial outcomes—and where structural gaps remain.
The DEE Index European Edition Report examines how countries across the region convert digital readiness into entrepreneurial opportunity. It serves as both:
- a compass for understanding national and regional digital dynamics, and
- a roadmap for strengthening digital entrepreneurship ecosystems in Europe.
This new European Edition offers region-specific insights, highlighting shared challenges, leading practices, and opportunities for accelerating digital-driven growth within the European digital economy.
