𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
DBIE aims to provide learner with the following:
- An in-depth understanding of the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and IoT, and their applications in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering Management.
- Advanced knowledge of traditional Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering Management concepts and their integration with digital technologies.
- Hands-on experience in using digital tools and techniques for designing, analyzing, and managing civil engineering projects.
- Practical skills in machine learning, project management, leadership, and communication, which are essential for success in the digital engineering field.
𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Background in civil engineering or any relevant engineering field.
Enthusiasm to learn programming, structural analysis, and machine learning.

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬
Applicants to both DBIE tracks are required to complete ALL 3 Core courses, followed by their choice of 3 courses in the specialized tracks. Once a track is chosen, the applicant can only take courses in that specialization. Each course consists of 3 credits (40 hours of sessions).
