About this Event
Understand how Birmingham began. See public art of all descriptions. Explore the industrial heritage and get a feel for this bohemian part of Birmingham. The area has major TV and film studios that we pass by on the walk. The Peaky Blinder feature film was produced here, and we will see the home of the TV series Masterchef and the new headquarters of the BBC being developed.
This is a walk of around 3.5 km over 2 hours with stops along the way.

Start of Walk: Bull Statue - outside the Nike Superstore in the Bullring. We leave promptly at 10.30.
Finish: Polish Millennium Centre, Bordesley Street, Digbeth at 12.30. This is a 5 minute walk back to the Bullring shopping centre.
Live Audio: We pioneered the use of live audio for Birmingham walking tours.
Earphones: Please try and bring your own (old style 3.5mm jack) or we provide a new pair which you keep at the end (donation to our charity apperciated at tour end).
Sifa Fireside: We donate part of our turnover and any donatons at tour end to Sifa Fireside, a Birmingham charity which works on issues of homelessness in our city.
