In honor of World AIDS Day, Diary of a Virus is an engaging and introspective workshop that delves into the history, impact, and personal stories surrounding HIV/AIDS. Facilitated by Bianca Ward from ViiV Healthcare, this session creates a space to explore the journey of HIV/AIDS from its early days to present-day advancements and ongoing challenges. Through powerful storytelling, guided reflections, and discussions, participants gain insights into the lives affected by HIV/AIDS, fostering empathy, awareness, and community solidarity.
As a special addition, all attendees of this workshop will receive a complimentary ticket to the World AIDS Day DMV Unity Drag Brunch, an inspiring celebration of resilience, unity, and remembrance. This workshop is dedicated to honoring those impacted, celebrating strength in our community, and inspiring action toward a future free from stigma and discrimination.
