In its fourth year, Dubuque County Reads promotes literacy, fosters civic engagement, and encourages respectful dialogue through book discussions, storytimes, and special events. The 2026 theme explores ecological sustainability, Indigenous identity, food systems, and cultural heritage. Free copies of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫 will be available at participating libraries while supplies last.
