Diana Butler Bass is an author, scholar, and public theologian known for her insightful and accessible work on contemporary Christianity, spirituality, and church life—particularly how faith is evolving in a rapidly changing cultural landscape. In her latest book -- "A Beautiful Year: 52 Meditations on Faith, Wisdom, and Perseverance" -- she explores the Christian liturgical calendar as a cycle of sacred stories that compose a larger narrative of love, hospitality, mercy, justice, and gratitude.
