Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group | Delta Health Behavioral Health Center

We are excited to announce the start of a new Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group at Delta Health! Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidenced based form of therapy that was created to help people improve emotional regulation, foster stronger relationships with others, and build coping skills to more effectively manage stressful situations.
This group is built for adults who are 18 years or older who may have difficulty controlling difficult emotions, maintaining effective relationships with others, and/or those who have difficulty managing stressful situations.

• Meeting location: The group will meet at the Urgent Care and Behavioral Health Building, 70 Stafford lane.
• Duration and length: The group will meet on a weekly basis for 6 weeks from 9/19/24-10/24/24
• Time: The group will meet from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Thursday evenings.
