Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) 3-Day Core Skills Training Presented
Get ready to dive deep into the world of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with this engaging 3-day core skills training. Designed to help you move beyond theory and into real-world application, giving you practical tools you can start using immediately with clients.
This in-person training blends structured, skills-based learning with discussion and clinical application, helping you build both competence and confidence in delivering DBT across a variety of settings.
Hosted by Meta Mental Health, LLC, this training provides 18 CEUs (6 hours per day) and is approved by the following Oklahoma licensing boards:
- Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers
- Oklahoma Board of Behavioral Health Licensure
- Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (3 ADS CEUs)
Certificates of completion are provided upon full attendance.
Training Overview
Throughout this training, you will build a strong foundation in DBT while developing practical, usable skills to support your clients more effectively.
This training is ideal for clinicians seeking a structured, skills-based approach grounded in cognitive and behavioral principles, particularly when working with emotion dysregulation, high-risk behaviors, and presentations commonly associated with borderline personality disorder.
