Bring your family and friends to enjoy an evening of fellowship at the Community Health Clinic.Dr. Weidow will provide an eye care presentation. Free Type 1 diabetes screening, updates on pumps and CGM’s, and a discussion on nutrition and vitamins will also be provided.
