Have you or one of your loved ones been diagnosed with diabetes? Join the LMH Health Diabetes Education Center for our FREE monthly Diabetes Education Support Group. Learn more about diabetes and get more support in diabetes management.
The educational sessions are held the second Wednesday of each month from 6 -7 pm. Join us either in-person at the LMH Health Main Campus in Conference Room D-North or online via Zoom.

To find Conference Room D-North:
Enter the Main Campus through the Arkansas Street doors before 6 p.m. (If you arrive after 6 p.m., you must enter through the Emergency Department.) Go to the lower level of the building and walk down the carpeted hallway, following the signs to the conference rooms. D-North is the very last room.
