Our Diabetes Education and Management Program will provide free foot exams, Hgb A1C (glucose) checks, blood pressure screenings, and smoking cessation and nutrition counseling. You may benefit from this event if you have one or more risk factors:
- Age 65 or older
- A history of smoking
- Diabetes
- High cholesterol
- High blood pressure
- Family history of peripheral artery disease (PAD)
