About this Event
You know that feeling of walking into a room and finally exhaling because everyone there just gets it?
That's what we're building.
For the third year running, the Dia-Log with Danica Mixer comes to the city hosting ADA Scientific Sessions. This year NOLA is our home. We're gathering at the Shaw Art Gallery for one night that has nothing to do with lectures or presentations and everything to do with people.
This is a space for everyone who has ever lived behind the mask of diabetes, whether you wear it yourself or you spend your life helping others manage it. If diabetes is part of your world, this room was built for you.
We need each other. Community and providers and industry, all in one room, is how we actually move the needle on living better with diabetes. That's what this mixer has always been about. That's why we keep showing up, city after city, year after year.
Come as you are. Leave feeling less alone.
What to Expect Art gallery vibes. NOLA music. Real conversations. A big announcement you don't want to miss. A content booth where you can share your story. And a room full of people who care about diabetes as much as you do.
Who This Is For People living with diabetes (T1D, T2D, LADA, and beyond). Healthcare professionals and educators. Patient advocates and industry. The New Orleans diabetes community. Anyone passionate about diabetes advocacy, support, and community building. No ADA badge needed. No title required. Everyone is welcome.
