About this Event

Celebrating its fifth year, ARTners is hosting their annual Dia de Los Muertos event the second weekend of October, which educates their community on the significance of tradition, honoring their ancestors, and celebrating their cultural heritage. To kick off the event, ARTgrove is collaborating with a Seat at the Table Books to host a presentation on the legacy of Xihuacoatl and Aztec Culture, the symbolism and meaning of altars, and paper marigold activity.
