If you’ve seen the Disney film “Coco” you know the Mexican holiday of Dia de los Muertas is not something scary, but celebrates the importance of family, community, a sense of belonging, tradition and remembrance. This event will help kids better understand the holiday with facts and traditions, photos, videos and a few fun hands-on projects! *Feel free to bring a photo of a loved one who has passed on to add to our ofrenda. You will return home with it after the event.
