I am so excited to share our monthly women's group with you! Each month on the first Wednesday, women of all walks of life are invited to gather in a space of warmth, support, and shared wisdom. The Radiant Roots Sisterhood is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself, with one another, and with the grounding practices of mindfulness and wellness to fill your life with greater peace and joy.
As a former psychology professor, each meeting will include an opening moment of grounding and relaxation, followed by a brief, easy to understand and implement wellness tutorial to help you change your life for the better. This is not a stuffy lecture, but rather down to Earth feel good life lessons while being supported by amazing, positive women. Together, we will nurture empowerment through presence, compassion, and authentic connection. Through gentle conversation, reflection, and the simple act of being together, we honor our individual journeys while strengthening the roots we share as women in a healthy, positive way.
We meet on the first Monday of every month. There is no cost to attend; instead, we ask each sister to bring a dish, snack, non-alcoholic beverage, or offering to share. Big or small, every contribution is a gift that nourishes both body and spirit, weaving our potluck table into a symbol of abundance and community.
Come as you are and leave feeling supported, uplifted, and deeply rooted in the strength of sisterhood.
