Dharma Lab: an interactive participatory exploration of the dharma

In this session, we explore The 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva, a classic Tibetan text offering practical guidance for living with wisdom, compassion, and resilience. Rather than abstract philosophy, these teachings show us how to work with everyday experiences—loss and gain, praise and blame, stress and uncertainty—so our lives become the path itself.

Through reflection and discussion, we’ll consider how small shifts in awareness can transform how we relate to ourselves and others. You don’t need to be Buddhist or familiar with the text—everyone is welcome. Even engaging with one practice at a time can bring meaningful change.
