About this Event

Please join us for a Friends and Family Day, Saturday, April 25 from 11:00 to 4:00 pm at the Illinois Vipassana Center (Dhamma Pakasa) located at 10076 Fish Hatchery Road in Pecatonica, IL. As our guest, you will be welcomed with a tour of the indoor facilities and natural beauty of the property. (Last tour begins at 3:00.) We also offer Q&A with meditation teachers, video screening, informational materials, and delicious vegetarian food compliments of our Center. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the Vipassana meditation courses for adults and children that take place here year-round. We look forward to seeing you. All are welcome, including children. Paths and buildings are handicapped accessible.
