Ladies how prepared are you for the unexpected when it comes to your safety? Well join DGR and Erica Woolwine, the Lady Lender and SASS ambassador as we host the first Women’s Self-Defense course to give you a few pointers on how to protect yourself and stay safe. This event will be on Tuesday, April 8th from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Spring Valley Country Club (300 Spring Valley Road). Don’t forget to bring your water bottles and come dressed in gym attire.
